AWAY GAME: Arrive at the Community Room 4:30-4:45 SHARP!
Be sure you arrive ON TIME!
On time means 15 minutes early!
Cell phones, I pods and any other electronic devices that are brought are at the risk to the dancer. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen electronic devices. No electronic devices should be used at anytime.
AWAY GAME INFORMATION
Dancers are to be dropped off at the community room (near the band room at the rocks) between 4:30-4:45. At 4:46 they are LATE and will lose 3rd quarter break! Ms. Mote is VERY strict on being on time. Leave early to ensure your dancer is NOT late. Traffic is not an excuse for being late.
Dancers should arrive wearing:
Black tights, black soffees, tan bra crossed, band t-shirt, and black dance sneakers.
Hair should be in a right side part bun, slicked down with gel, rhinestone strip in part, rhinestone snood, red sequin scrunchie and rhinestone earrings.
Foundation makeup should be applied prior to arriving. Full performance makeup can be applied after the girls rehearse with the band.
Dancers MUST bring with them the blue/red unitard, gloves, black sling bag, make up, poncho and water jug.
Dancers may bring spending money for 3rd quarter break to obtain snacks at concession area or may bring a light snack. No eating is allowed in the stands. Dancers should not bring large sums of money.

APPLE CANVASSING
We need 22 drivers. This is a mandatory event for ALL dancers. At this time we only have 8 drivers.
Please contact Glenda McLaughlin at: g.mclaughlin@mindspring.com if you are able to drive. Our goal is to have all drivers signed up by September 1st so Ms.Mote can divide the girls into groups.
DC TRIP INFO
Deposits are due by September 8th, 2010, $150.00 for those wishing to attend the DC Trip over Spring Break in March.
If you have not sent in your deposit you may send it in to the dance room white box with your dancer by September 8th, check payable to LBDTB. If you are already sent your deposit to the band you are all set. All future payments will go to the dance team.
You MUST email Sheryl Hotchkiss at bizymom2@cfl.rr.com and notify her if you plan on attending the trip for tracking purposes.
No further information is available at this time.
I will be emailing the team shortly to verify who wants to attend and what parents wish to attend as chaperones.
Also please note that Ms. Mote has a process she will go through in selecting parents to chaperone and not all parents will be permitted to attend.
ENJOY BOOKS FUNDRAISER
The first book sold goes towards the dance team, additional books sold will be credited into each girls personal account.
The books sell for $20 a piece and we make $10 per book. If you sell 5 books the 6th book is free.
The girls should see Mrs. Cline after practice in the dance room every Tuesday and Thursday for the next few weeks to obtain more books and drop off money. DO NOT ask Ms. Mote for books or turn in money to her for this fundraiser.
