CHAPERONE INFORMATION
If you are not able to stay for the entire event and have already submitted
your name for certain dates, please contact the chaperone coordinator
immediately and she will remove your name from that date and have you
replaced with someone that can stay for the entire event.

Chaperone Guidelines
• Please arrive to the event 15 minutes early.
• Sign into the Divend book and log the hours you are going to work
• Check In with chaperone coordinator
• You must be registered as a dividend with Seminole County.
• You must wear appropriate attire: a LB Dance Team polo or LB Dance
Team t-shirt.
You will be issued a "Chaperone Badge" This will be collected when the
event ends. This MUST be turned back in when the event ends – NO
EXCEPTIONS!
