CHAPERONE INFORMATION

  • Chaperones MUST stay for the entire event.
If you are not able to stay for the entire event and have already submitted
your name for certain dates, please contact the chaperone coordinator
immediately and she will remove your name from that date and have you
replaced with someone that can stay for the entire event.

  • If you volunteer, you are needed and appreciated. We need everyone to
adhere to his or her assigned duties. This is a working position. You may
or may not be able to watch your child perform.

  • When we travel on the bus/busses, parents will be assigned to each bus.
You may or may not be able to travel on the same bus as your child. Again
you are a volunteer assigned to assist ALL the girls. Thank you again for
    your cooperation.
